Welcome to Angelic Complementary Therapies July 2026 Newsletter

It’s July! I’m sure the time between writing these newsletters is getting quicker. Ok, who turned up the heat? I do love the sun, but last week was a bit too hot for me. I hope you all kept cool where possible. Here’s someone who did enjoy the sun – our little Fred.

Unlike Sprout

How was your June? Hot?

If the recent weather teaches us anything, it’s how variable our British weather can be. One minute we’re reaching for sun lotion, the next, our umbrella. It’s hard to keep up. Although I believe we’re in for another hot spell soon.

The recent hot weather invites us to slow down just enough to notice what is around us. The flowers don’t rush to bloom; nature moves in her own good time. Did you notice how quiet the day was? There was definitely less bird song, as the birds were naturally resting and conserving their energy in the extreme heat.

I invite you this month to give yourself permission to breathe a little more deeply, laugh a little more often, and remember that not everything needs fixing today. Sometimes the best thing to do is to enjoy a nice, cool drink or a cup of tea in the sunshine while it lasts – and if it rains, simply move indoors and carry on.

Whatever this month brings you, may you discover moments of peace hidden within the ordinary, kindness in unexpected places, and enough laughter to remind you that joy is every bit as sacred as silence.

Seasonal Allergies

With the warmer weeks ahead, some people may be affected by seasonal allergies. My youngest suffers terribly from hay fever, and it’s been particularly bad this year.

Here is a self-help facial reflexology routine to help alleviate symptoms. It is recommended that you do this 2-3 times a day, especially when you wake and before you sleep.

Along with reflexology, here are some other top tips to ease allergies

·      Reduce exposure – Try to identify your trigger and reduce it where possible. For example, I don’t hang my son’s clothing or bed linen outside to dry. He wears sunglasses to minimise pollen entering his eyes.

·      Eat healthy foods – support a healthy gut microbiome to help the immune system

·      Manage your stress – ensure you get enough downtime and rest

·      Moderate exercise – this will not only keep you fitter and healthier but also boost your immune system

Thought for July

Don’t search so hard for the extraordinary moments that you miss the miracles hidden in ordinary days.

Mindfulness

July Gratitude

To get the most from this exercise, it should run for a week, and the first step can be taken today:

July is a fantastic month to notice lifes simple pleasures. The warmth of the sun, the scent of freshly cut grass, birdsong or sharing a smile with a stranger are all gentle reminders that gratitude can be found in everyday moments.

At the end of each day, just take five minutes to reflect on these three questions:

1.    What made me smile today?

It could be something as simple as enjoying a warm cup of tea, a chat with a friend, or seeing a beautiful flower.

2.    Who or what am I grateful for today?

Think of one person, place or experience that enriched your day.

3.    What did I learn about myself today?

Perhaps you were more patient than usual, found the courage to try something new, or simply realised you needed a rest.

You don’t need to write pages; a few words for each answer are enough. Over the course of the month, you’ll begin to notice that gratitude isn’t about having a perfect life – it’s about recognising the goodness that already exists.

Step into a beautiful day of angelic connection, healing and spiritual awakening. Whether you are new to angels or already working with them, this gentle and uplifting experience will deepen your connection and open your heart to divine guidance.

There are only two spaces still available for course on Saturday, 18th July – if you are interested, or know someone that may be interested, please let me know.

Crystal of the month – Orange Calcite

I always call this stone the stone of summer, joy and upliftment. It’s so warm and nurturing. It is often associated with creativity, warmth and emotional renewal.

  • Boosts creativity – Encourages fresh ideas, inspiration, and creative expression.

  • Increases motivation – Helps overcome procrastination and brings a sense of enthusiasm and momentum.

  • Supports emotional healing – Believed to release old emotional patterns, fear, and self-doubt.

  • Promotes joy and positivity – Associated with uplifting energy, optimism, and playfulness.

  • Enhances confidence – Thought to strengthen self-belief and encourage taking action.

  • Sacral chakra connection – Commonly linked to the sacral chakra, supporting passion, emotions, creativity, and healthy relationships.

Many people keep Orange Calcite on a desk, meditate with it, or carry it as a reminder to stay inspired, emotionally balanced, and open to new opportunities. While there's no scientific evidence that crystals have these effects, they can serve as meaningful personal symbols or mindfulness tools.

Angel Card

Transformation

The Angel Guide Oracle Deck, Kyle Gray

What a gorgeous card. As I connect with this card, the angels are telling me it’s a time for people to open their heart and be open to what intentions they have sent out into the universe. It’s a time to welcome in warmth, love, inspiration and joy. Literally open your arms to new beginnings. Allow things to unfold naturally, no pressure or force, simply let it flow. (And how sunny does this card look – perfect for July).

I wonder what this July has in store for each of us. Whatever it brings, may it be fun and peaceful. Maybe think of ways you can have quality time with the people in your life or quality time with yourself. Be present and, as I always say, be kind to all, but mostly yourself. I look forward to seeing you soon, with love and light.
