We accept Cash, PayPal or Direct Bank transfer (details provided on request). Full payment is due on the day of treatment.

Missed Appointment/
Late Cancellation Policy
Please take your time to read through the following information carefully.
By making an appointment at Angelic Complementary Therapies, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions regarding missed appointments and late cancellations. Should you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so that the appointment may be given to somebody else.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give at least 24 hours' advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged. Please be mindful that missed appointments and those with less than 24 hours' notice (and the slot is unable to be reallocated) will result in you being charged the full cost of the treatment booked.
However, in the event that you:

are taken ill with a sickness/gastric virus

are displaying symptoms of Covid, e.g., fever, new persistent cough, flu-like symptoms, loss of taste (either yourself or someone in your household)

Sore throat
Then we respectfully ask that you not attend your appointment; you will not be charged. (NB: Failure to inform us of your non-attendance, though, will result in the booking being classed as a missed appointment, and the full cost of the treatment booked will be payable).

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of holistic services, time, preparation, and professional expertise are provided at the time of service. Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

Exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis
Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after the service has been provided

Dissatisfaction based on personal outcomes or expectations not guaranteed

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.
