Hello and welcome to my new newsletter. I do hope you are well and enjoyed the beautifully warm month of June. At last, the exams in our house have finished – phew – now it’s the wait for the results, but in the meantime, summer fun for the boys.
Last night my younger son attended his year 11 Prom. It was so lovely to see him and his friends looking smart, albeit a little uncomfortable in the spotlight, but a wonderful to end the school year.
June has been another busy month for me. A wonderful trip to Avebury Stones with fellow Angelic Reiki practitioners. If you’ve never been, I’d really recommend it. The energy there is very gentle, very nurturing.
I’ve also been busy with my “50 years – 50 things I must do” list. Last month I met up with my longest known friends and we celebrated our “50th birthdays.” It was lovely to be back in Dorset and watch the Dirty Dancing stage show (my favourite film btw) and pleased to say, “Nobody, not even Baby, was put in the corner!”
I’m also really pleased to say the third book in The Feather Necklace Series – One Soul has been published. I never set out to be an author, it just kind of happened. The feedback I get from the books are very positive. A very easy read, great escapism but this third book has a chilling twist.
Combination treatments – Therapies Designed for You
When Angelic Complementary Therapies first began, my tagline was and still is “designed for you”. I aim to devise and give you the therapy that your body needs. Throughout the years I have created several combination therapies by listening to what the client wants and from what I can see/feel the body needs.
As you know, I love all the therapies I offer and really enjoy offering the combination treatments too.
Targeted Reflexology with Usui Reiki '30/30' – 1 hour - £50
Such a popular treatment. Great value for time and money. A wonderful combination of two beautiful therapies. The treatment begins with 30 minutes of targeted Reflexology followed by 30 minutes of Usui Reiki ('30/30'). Wonderful for both physical and energetic healing.
Full Foot Reflexology with Usui Reiki '60/30' – 1.5 hours - £75
For those that want a full foot Reflexology treatment and the energetic healing of Usui Reiki A wonderful combination of two beautiful therapies. The treatment begins with a full hour of Reflexology followed by 30 minutes of Reiki ('60/30'). Wonderful for both physical and energetic healing.
'Top to Toe' Reflexology – 90 mins - £75
Want to feel totally relaxed whilst giving your body optimum reflexology? Why not try the wonderful combination treatment of the super relaxing Facial Reflexology followed by 30 minutes of targeted Reflexology on the feet. Really popular for those that need a complete unwind and want to feel totally relaxed.
The Ultimate – 90 mins - £75
30 minutes of Facial Reflexology followed by 30 minutes of targeted Reflexology on the feet and completing the treatment with 30 minutes of Usui Reiki. This is the ultimate in relax, unwind, rejuvenate, and heal. Deeply relaxing and a true treat for mind, body, and soul.
Compliment
Receiving a compliment can really lift your day, it makes everything feel better and can really brighten your day. Giving someone else an honest compliment is a mark of mindful awareness (shows the ability to actively notice goodness in others) and brightens someone else’s day..
1. Be on the lookout for all opportunities to compliment people around you. Don’t overdo it or say things to flatter, just wait for the moments to let people know your honest appreciation for their good intentions and actions.
2. Giving a truthful, deserved compliment can work wonders for the receiver. You may also find it makes you feel good too.
This is a fantastic way to bring happiness and more positivity into the world

It enhances what you are grateful for.
Like food, it helps everything to grow.
It brings out the best in others. When we offer it, it helps them see themselves in a brighter light.

Crystal of the month – Carnelian
